On Scene AI exists to reduce the administrative burden on law enforcement officers. We believe officers should spend more time serving their communities and less time on paperwork. Our mobile-first platform streamlines incident reporting by capturing data at the scene and auto-filling structured forms, allowing officers to focus on what matters most.
What We're Building
OCR for licenses, registrations, and insurance cards — Scan documents and auto-populate incident forms
Photo, video, and audio capture — Automatic timestamps, GPS tagging, and metadata
Pre-submission validation — Catch missing or incorrect fields before reports are submitted
Supervisor and records review portal — Backend dashboard for reviewing and approving incident reports
Works alongside any RMS — We complement your existing systems, not replace them
Why We Exist
Law enforcement officers are overwhelmed with administrative work. Hours spent on paperwork mean less time for community engagement, proactive policing, and officer wellness. On Scene AI was created to give officers their time back by automating data capture and validation, reducing errors, and streamlining the reporting process from the field to the records department.
